This policy explains what information Faith Engine (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
01Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.
- Release list. When you join the release list, we collect your email address. If you save pieces to your table kit before signing up, we also receive the names of those pieces.
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose, and the contents of your message.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit.
- Browser storage. We store a small setting in your browser’s local storage to remember that you’ve already seen the intro animation. It contains no personal information and is never sent to us.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
02How we use your information
- To send you release news and updates you asked to receive.
- To let you know when pieces you saved become available.
- To read and respond to your questions.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and fix technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
04How long we keep it
We keep your release-list email until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer your question and maintain a record of our correspondence. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.
05Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from release emails at any time by replying to any message from us or by contacting us. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, such as the right to know what information we hold and to request its deletion. We will honor these requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
06Children’s privacy
Faith Engine is designed to be enjoyed by families, but this website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
07Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Faith Engine grows, for example when we begin selling products. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will provide additional notice.
